By accessing or using the Global Experience DMC website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Global Experience DMC acts as a Destination Management Company (DMC) and travel intermediary, arranging tours, transfers, hotel accommodations, wedding coordination, MICE events, and related travel services in the Dominican Republic and select Caribbean destinations.
A booking is confirmed only after we issue a written confirmation via email. All bookings are subject to availability.
Payment is due as specified in your booking invoice. We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). Full payment may be required for certain services or peak-season bookings.
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Prices include applicable taxes unless noted.
Cancellation policies vary by hotel and rate plan. The specific policy will be provided at the time of booking.
Cancellation terms are defined in the event contract. Generally, deposits are non-refundable.
Requests to modify a booking must be submitted in writing via email. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
In rare circumstances (e.g., force majeure, weather conditions, supplier issues), we may need to modify or cancel a booking. In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or a full refund. We are not liable for additional costs incurred due to circumstances beyond our control.
Global Experience DMC acts as an intermediary for third-party suppliers (hotels, tour operators, transportation companies). We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by acts of God, weather, strikes, government actions, or the negligence of third-party suppliers. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost baggage, and personal liability. Global Experience DMC does not provide travel insurance.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Global Experience DMC unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of La Altagracia, Dominican Republic.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
